Currently (April 14, 2024), xlog has two language settings.
- The first set is on the xlog.app main site, all the way down to the bottom of the page.
- The second set is on the personal xlog site, right in the bottom right corner.
The two language settings control different scopes.
- The language setting on xlog.app results in a change in language for the xlog.app homepage + the language of the personal site control panel (dashboard).
- Setting the language on your own homepage (second set) will not change the language of the control panel, only the language for reading text.
Update on April 21, 2024
Reproduced once. It was found that xlog pop-up articles would cause the language of the entire xlog site to change.
For example, clicking on "View Original" in the image below will change the language setting of xlog.app to English for all content, including your own dashboard.
This issue also occurred previously when trying to view the full content in Japanese resulted in the entire site being in Japanese.
